Return Period
You may request a return within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, in compliance with EU consumer protection laws.
Eligible Items for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount, unless otherwise stated.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items returned after the 14-day window.
Return Authorization
All returns must be authorized in advance.
To request a return, please email info@lucalarenza.com within 14 days of receiving your order. In your email, include:
- Your Order Number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return (optional)
You will receive return instructions and the return address via email.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved:
- A full refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If the return does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
